Our Technology

Scan&SeeRoofs combines a number of leading edge technologies the main one of which is Three Dimensional Laser Scanning.

Developed by the Department of Defense, Three Dimensional Laser Scanning permits, in a single scan, the capture of up to 1 million measurements per second for areas that are scanned, in all three dimensions, in one cycle. When taking a number of scans, the resulting database gives an exact reproduction of real property.

As a result, we can scan a roof of any size and complexity, and acquire every measurement of consequence of the roof, accurate to within a few millimeters. This results in a database for that roof that allows us to create exact CAD drawings three dimensionally.
